Our three-week series was a smash hit and we are proud to have welcomed 15 new players to our club and to the fun sport of pickleball. Thanks to Mark Hofmann, Rick Southern, Joakim Bye, Dave Houston, Pierre Patino, Mara Krasts, and Tom Manuel for contributing their time and energy to teaching our new members the foundational skills of the game.

Check out the HMB Recreation Department for a series of bootcamps taught by our coastside pickleball professional, Mark Hofmann. The HMB Pickleball Academy offers newcomers to the sport an introduction to Pickleball class, skill-building and strategy classes, and an opportunity for players to learn the sport with a group of family and friends.
